How do I return an item?
While we hope you will be thrilled with every purchase you make, we realize there are times you may change your mind, or an item may differ from what you expected. Items are accepted for exchange or refund if unwashed and unused. The only exception to this policy is if an item is defective. Defective items are handled on a case by case basis, as several of our manufacturers deal with defects themselves. We may refer you to them once we evaluate the issue.
All sales are final on clearance items.
Due to the nature of bath/body products, these products are non-returnable unless the item is defective or the wrong product is shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders that are canceled after being processed but before being shipped will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
Returns with Original Sales Receipt
Items may be returned (if unwashed and unused) within 21 days of the invoice date for a merchandise exchange or a refund based on the original form of payment. Exchanges or store credit will be given for the purchase amount minus what it cost to ship the item to you. Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to the original shipping cost. Customer is responsible for postage to return the item(s). The Stork Wearhouse will reimburse postage only if we sent an incorrect item other than what was ordered.
Returns without an Original Sales Receipt
Without a receipt, returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Customer is responsible for postage to return the item.
Return Procedures
Please follow these instructions to return any purchase from The Stork Wearhouse.
- Contact us to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) code. NO returns or exchanges will be accepted without authorization. An RMA number is good for 30 days; returns must be received during that time in order to be processed.
- Please keep a copy of the invoice for your records.
- Circle the items that you are returning or exchanging and on the bottom portion of the invoice note the reason for the return or exchange.
- Indicate on the invoice copy if you want us to refund your money or if you would like an exchange.
- Circle the name and address where we should send the exchanged item.
- Pack (include invoice copy) and seal your return securely. The original packaging may be used if in good condition. Write your RMA code on the outside of the package (returns will not be accepted without this code).
- Postage must be paid by the customer at the time of shipment. No COD packages will be accepted.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing of returns.
