About Adjustability
The Fuzzi Bunz One Size diaper adjusts through adjustable elastic, NOT snap downs on the front of the diaper like most one size diapers on the market today. Similar to adjustable waistbands for children and maternity wear, the waist and legs have been made customizable through a button/elastic adjustment system. So instead of 3 length settings, you can set up to 8 very customizable sizes. Instead of NO waist adjustment, you have 4 different settings. So you have an INCREDIBLY adjustable diaper. It may take a bit of "adjusting" to get to the right size, but when you find the right fit, you set it and forget it. Each button hole setting is numbered, so once you get one of the diapers adjusted to the perfect fit, you can use the numbers to quickly adjust all the rest to the correct setting.
The Fuzzi Bunz One Size pocket diaper gets really tiny and can easily handle a smaller newborn. But when using the diaper adjusted to those smallest settings, you may wish to order extra-small microfiber inserts, as even the smaller of the two included inserts can seem bulky on a tiny baby.

FuzziBunz One Size "Sizing Guide"
When you first receive your Fuzzi Bunz one-size pocket diapers, it can seem overwhelming to figure out how to adjust them to the correct size. Don't worry, it's really easy! Here are some recommended starting points for the waist and leg elastic. The numbers* refer to numbers printed on the elastic inside your Fuzzi Bunz one-size diapers. You can adjust the diaper tighter or looser beyond these numbers to achieve just the right fit for your baby, but this will give you a short cut to start with. Try the setting below that is closest to your baby's current weight and age. Try the diaper on the baby - if the fit isn't perfect, adjust the waist or leg settings (or both), then try it on again. Once the fit is perfect, you can use the number settings on that diaper to quickly adjust all the other FuzziBunz one-size pocket diapers in your stash.
